Delivery Changes

Can I change or update my address on a delivery order?

It is possible in most cases, but you will have to be quick.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change to your delivery address by contacting us at info@ecoxgear.com.au

 

Delivery Options

What are my online delivery options?

When you buy online, we provide a range of convenient delivery options so you can get your purchases when you want. When checking out on our site, there will be available options and delivery cost based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered.

 

Express Delivery (1 – 2 business days)

Depending on the size and type of item you may be able to choose Express Delivery within the checkout. If you choose Express Delivery, you will receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery. 


New Zealand Post Mail (2 – 9 days): This is an untracked service for smaller products which we only use for orders that are sent to a PO Box address.  

New Zealand Post eParcel (2 – 6 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we use New Zealand Post who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If you are not home for your delivery, New Zealand Post will send you a notification with an alternate delivery point which is usually your nearest post office or  New Zealand Post collection hub. 

Toll IPEC (2 – 4 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we also use Toll who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If your not home Toll will send you a notification with an alternate pickup point which is usually a local Newsagents, 7/11 or a Toll Depot depending on your delivery area.

 

Delivering to remote locations in New Zealand

Our national courier networks cannot provide door-to-door services to some remote New Zealand areas. Examples include Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy and any area that may require light aircraft, barge or boat to access. In these cases, if delivery is possible, surcharges may apply to the standard rates. Alternatively, couriers may provide delivery to local depots or New Zealand Post offices for customer collection of goods. More about remote deliveries 

 

Delivery times & tracking

How do I track my order?

ECOXGEAR New Zealand offers a few options for tracked delivery services to suit your individual preference. If you select a tracked delivery service during checkout, you will receive an email containing a link to your tracking information after your order has shipped.

Tracked services are a handy way of keeping an eye on your delivery’s progress. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to your tracking information so that you can follow your order’s journey and view the courier’s estimated delivery date.

For Toll deliveries:

You can track the progress of your delivery using the Toll tracking number which will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email - but please allow 1 business days from the dispatch date for your tracking to become active.

For New Zealand Post & New Zealand Post eParcel:

Track your New Zealand Post deliveries via the tracking code provided in your dispatch confirmation email - but please note New Zealand Post tracking will not become active until the item has been scanned into their depot.
